Problems with login on Wordlinx

Hey fellow Wordlinx users, anyone else having problems logging in lately? I recently received an email from them saying that I needed to change my password because someone had hacked into their system; so of course I changed my password. Now every time I try to login, it doesn't recognize my new password and then after three tries my account is temporarily suspended and I have to re-set my password (again). Then I can log in, but then the next time I try to log in, the problem starts all over again. I have had to change my password 4 times in one week! Has this been happening to anyone else, or am I just lucky?! Hoe do you fix it?
