Too Much Sleep is Dangerous

Lack of sleep can indeed cause a variety of health problems. However, most sleep also will give the same problem.
Diabetes. Research shows that too much sleep at night or sleep deprivation can increase the risk of diabetes.
Obesity. Too many and the lack of sleep can also affect weight scales. Research suggests that people who sleep 9-10 hours per night had a 21 percent risk of higher obese than people who sleep 7-8 hours.
Headache. Sleeping more than usual, like holidays or traveling also trigger headaches. The researchers believe that a lot of sleep affects neurotransmitters in the brain, including serotonin. People who sleep too much during the day and insomnia sleep at night also have the same risk.
Heart disease. Research by the Nurses Health Study found that women who sleep 9-11 hours a day had a 38 percent higher risk of heart disease. Formerly also known that too much sleep makes women vulnerable to stroke.
Death. Slept 9 hours or more are also able to make you die early. Hour long sleep is believed to be indicators of health disorders.
