You can gain more YouTube subscriptions if you join some group of YouTube channels, it will somehow generate new audience to your YouTube account.
In addition, you can to Back-Linking your YouTube account to your social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and other social media so, that your friends over those social media sites can subscribe to your channel.
Do also embed and or share your YouTube link/videos on blogs and other video sharing sites such as vimeo and lafango (talent based social media site).
Tag and categorize your YouTube videos in an SEO fashion, so that it can attract more page views.
Lastly, you can also hire some expert online freelancers on Odesk or other Freelancing sites to perform SEO YouTube subscription work for you. However, you need to have a set budget to do so in order to pay your employees.

You have to make videos people will like and constantly remind your viewers to subscribe . Share your videos on popular social network like facebook and if they are interested they will subscribe .
