Times of self-doubt

I am usually confident about myself and my craft, yet today is different. I was thrown with a lot of questions that made me doubt myself and my abilities and I really didn't like the feeling. I was able to state my mind in the most calmed manner but what if they're right? What if I am not good enough?
In order to shrug off the disturbing idea, I went online and searched for ways to get out of this zone. I found and invaluable discussion and found the line: "As Galileo noted, 'Doubt is the father of invention.' Plod on, embrace your doubt, and thrive."
I know there's a lot more to what people have said, but I am hoping this self-doubt would vanish soon.
What do you do in times of self-doubt?

I am that way too my friend, but i guess it is normal for us to go through situations such as that, it makes us learn more.. see? if that didn't happen to you, would you be thinking about it too? let us embrace our doubt and thrive, in that we learn and we grow.
Plus there are also ones who love to question us and make us think twice of ourselves.

Oh, indeed you're right, I guess I needed to feel that. But now I'm okay, I am just wondering why that sort of thing bothered me when it never did before. Perhaps I am indeed growing old and paying too much attention to every little comment. hehehe..
Thanks for your thoughts! Have a great mylot experience ahead!

We all go through with those brain washing sessions as they are called that make us believe that what others say could be right. You need to stick and believe in yourself and move on where you will find those who will believe you. You know more about you than others do and so you need not be afraid. I have stuck to what I know is right about myself even at the cost of throwing people out of my life who did mean something to me in my life once upon a time.

Do not doubt or under-estimate yourself in this situation. Just take the criticism as an encouragement and an opportunity to learn more and perfect the art that you do. that way, it will not only take you out of the dilemma that you are in but it will also put you into working more hard for what you are thriving for !

Yes,there is doubt at some place and at some point in your life when you feel doubtful anout your life. That's normal case, but someone lacking with confidence feels mostly in their life and I am one of those.I don't know the solution of these but how much I try to be confident I doubt my capabilities.
I think that's Psychological effect and I just do one thing that when I doubt my capabilities , with fear I tries that thing and sometimes that goes fine and sometimes that didn't.
But I think I at any time I will get that full comfidence I will never fail in my life.
