This is really killing me. huhuhuhu I am now 7 weeks and I am glad that right now I can be able to get online again. Today, I've been throwing up like more than 5 times. UGH! I crave a lot of foods and everytime after I ate them, I threw it up and it makes me weak. How am I gonna prevent from morning sickness? I know this is normal but it makes me weak. I've been laying in bed all day everyday coz I am so weak. What am I gonna eat so that I won't puke? Please help!

Hi! It is normal to feel morning sickness. You need not worry too much about it. You could restrict your diet and could take some easily digestable food and could increase the intake of liquid and semi solid diet. It would be better to consult your Doctor who knows your condition. All the best.

Thanks for sharing. This is normal for all pregnant women so you need not get worried, it is natures way of indication of what your body needs, for example my daughter in law craved for chalk, doctors said, her body needed calcium.

try to eat some sour foods. like green mango or try calamansi juice with just a little sugar on it. you have same condition with my sister now. she also is on her 7th week. during my pregnancy on my 3rd child, is my worst pregnancy. i barely eat because i hate to see any kind of food.

the only you can do right now is to take a lot of rest. follow what foods you desire,so that it will make you feel good even if it weakens you always think that you are doing all these for your baby and soon you will be fine...

I had the same situation last year when I'm pregnant... Every time I eat and whatever I eat makes me throw up. My Doctor advice me to eat in small amount. Instead of taking 3 big meals a day, eat 6 times in small amount. She also advice me to eat little chunks of ice whenever i feel that i wanna throw up. :)
