Is it software related error or internet browser error?

I have got an error regarding internet browser on the other day!
The error line is containing this below words..
http status 404
-/registration wizard/client data reader.asp
type status report
message/registration wizard/clientdatareader.aspx
description the requested resource(/registrationwizard/clientdatareader.aspx) is not available.
apache tomcat/6.0.16
I did't get an idea to resolve the above issue.
If anybody having a good idea about this error, will you please let me get the exact solution for that one.

Perform system restore to a previous date and it should be resolved. If that doesn't help, try creating another user account on your computer and check if things are fine in that user account.
Let me know if the issue persists.

doing a system restore lets you clear your installed files or stored files. you cant do it if you dont have a restore point..
