Chest to shoulder to halfway down arm?

I have a teeeeeeny tiny tattoo on my left chest that I want covered up. I talked to an artist about the possibility of a floral pattern that would flow from my chest over my shoulder and halfway down my arm. Having trouble googling images of such an idea. Anybody got any ideas? It's going to be covering a 1 inch by 1 inch very faded tribal turtle and I want it to be very bold and colorful but still very feminine.
