Life is so confusing yaar. i have option to join either banking sector or insurance sector. though i have joined insurance sector but i m continuosly thinking whether i sud go for banking sector...
Banking and insurance sector are as same as good. But, you have to make a decision in what sector you would like to work in. Try to choose the sector that you are qualified in, so you will not be chagrined later on. Good luck.
i have already worked in bank for 2 yrs and know the pressure and work culture and i left it for doing MBA and now after MBA if i join insurance then my exp years will go and i am hesitant to join banking as of now becoz of previous exp.
