Assertive Communicator

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well dear, we should be assertive while speaking so that we can present our views and opinions clearly without any inhibitions. This will also help others to understand what we feel about an issue or topic and take off the burden from our mind. One can be assertive by being confident while speaking and without caring what others feel after he or she speaks. What say?
