Why Some Members Got Paid While Some Members Didnt Receive Payment Frm Bubblews?

Curious.
Some members got paid from Bubblews.
Some members didn't receive payment from Bubblews.
Why?
Some members who got paid said, some members from Bubblews do not follow rules that is why they didn't receive payment from Bubblews, but some said who didn't receive payment from Bubblews that they have followed the rules. Some of them said that.
I remember that last time I join on expertscolumn.com. I received a link from expertscolumn.com about writing guidelines that is why I have one written article that was deleted. I understood and read them, but at least, they gave me a link that is for me, its like a "warning" to me to know that I did something wrong. That is the reason why I have one written article was deleted.
...in case of Bubblews, I was wondering why some members got paid from Bubblews and some didn't receive payment from Bubblews. Still, I want to know the answer to this question. I seen lots of them complain while some members are so happy to receive their payment from Bubblews and so, they thank the Bubblews staff so much.
Are they selective or what is behind on Bubblews? Why?

I made my first redemption but didn't get a notification in my email after 2 days. I sent a form to support to follow up the matter. Hate when I have bad luck with redemptions or cashing out. 
Didn't only happen in Bubblews but in another site, too. Always experiencing delay.

I haven’t tried such earning program site, however probably they are doing an extensive site maintenance which result to a reshuffling of payment to their users.
Somehow, this in effect would turn some members forfeit on their earning claims because some are doing dirty tactics to make their account more progressive and as a result, the site creators puts a blockage on some users earnings.
It’s also best to look closely on some site’s terms and usage so that you won’t get banned or not even paid from their earning program.
In addition, you can always post a ticket and complain on why they aren’t paying you although you are working hard for your online earnings.

I hope the payments are not selective :) i joined yesterday and hope i'll reach my first payout soon.I think we should try and see if it's a good earning website. There are good and bad reviews and the site is pretty new (one year)but i think it's not a waste of time to try it.
