I just want to ask what is the most effective remedy for eczema that can be found at home. I tried Hydrogen peroxide and it cured some of it but the one on her forehead is still kind of growing. I don't want my baby's face to have a big scar in her forehead because of it. Anything you want to suggest that may be found in the kitchen table or inside the house that can cure eczema?

Hi, I have a colleague, once she had eczema, she just used potato to cure it. You can have a try, anyway, it's healthy . YOu just need to slice a potato and rub the eczema with the slices,it works. Her eczema cured after three days. Hope your baby's eczema can be cured sooner.

I just searched the internet, here is another remedy: you can slice the apple and carrot first, them boil them , you feed your baby the water. It's efficient. Maybe you can try the two remedies at the same time.

Are you sure it is eczema and not baby acne? Babies and young children can get pimples too, and although hydrogen peroxide will help with pimples, it wouldn't help eczema because it is drying. It is likely to make eczema more itchy and painful. Eczema can be helped with oatmeal baths. If your baby scratches at the patches on her face, it is good to disinfect them, but I would use a medicated ointment that is safe for children her age rather than hydrogen peroxide, because making her skin dryer will just make the problem worse in the long run.

If you can buy Healing Galing Guava Soap which costs P200 then that is very good for healing eczema or any kind of skin disease. Try to find out if you have outlet that sell Healing Galing products in your area. If you want to know, you may listen to the program of Healing Galing which is being aired every Saturday at 6:00 am at TV5 News channel and they also have simultaneous broadcast of this show in their radio station.

Please what ever you do don't put Hydrogen peroxide on you baby skin! that would be painful for the little one and that won't cure his /her skin condition! the best you can do is take the child to a doctor you don't know if the child have eczema until the doctor say so and you may be damaging the condition with home remedies which may make the condition even worst!.

Along with proper diet to help cure eczema, there should be some ointments or creams to be placed on the infected area. And I have found this online. Hope this works for her. http://www.naturalnews.com/036292_eczema_home_remedies_skin_disease.html

babies have the most sensitive and fragile parts of all people in the world. They have small heart, lungs, stomach.. hands, feet all small. They have very fragile system... breathing, beating, digesting. When it comes to my baby's health I would not rely on the kitchen table, hocus focus, magic remedies. I won't hear any advice to put on, apply this, put your baby to, turn the baby upside, down suggestions from people who are not pediatrician. I won't be jeopardizing my baby's health and well being. I will be going to the doctor, for consultation (even if I don't have money for the consultation and medication). Too risky...

Don't put hydrogen peroxide on the baby it is so much harmful, it gives me a peeled skin i can imagine the baby's skin. You can add some oil in baby's food. Like the one which has omega 3 fatty acids. You can eat some wild salmon so that indirectly the baby gets the required oil. Even dehydration is another cause of eczema. So keep the baby well hydrated with water and moisturizing. Cocoa butter lotions are best. Or you can try giving her a salt water bath, it is best remedy.

Try using baking soda.. put a little water to make it looks like paste.. I used it when I have eczema in my arms and it worked on me., but if it doesn't work for your baby it is best to bring her or him to his doctor so she could prescribed you an ointment for your babies eczema..
