too much stress for one day!

and i am ready to get home. I wonder who coined that word - stress.. what that person even stressed? to think of that word stress? lol now i am definitely stressed. so much for that word in one day. my back is aching, my head is spinning and i am out of here in 15 minutes. sometimes you wonder why God created people who make other people's lives miserable? is it for fun? or they just do it on purpose? or they are just tooo idiotic sometimes they could not think straight too? hmmpt!

Too much of works or duties on our heads create a huge stress on us and it is very often to face it and to over comes all those ones. Try to find your partner to be with you and this will give you a great relief. Along with it, see the things or the duties as quite easy this will help you to do the things quite fast and quite easily. Anyway keep going. May god bless you to move out your stressful days quite easily. Happy Mylotting

Actually, i don't find my work that hard, in fact i love it.. its just the people around here makes it all difficult complicated. There are some who makes it difficult for me and makes it a whole lot complicated when in fact it is as simple as 1, 2 and 3

My day now is fun and relaxing,for i went home and spent time with family,thus i don't need to consider my work and being stressful.But you can find ways to entertain youself and do something you like to distract yourself.Hope you are feeling well.

I have been feeling stressed about a lot of things and to try not thinking about all the smaller things that are going on around me is really hard at the moment. I feel that there are a lot of people that are feeling rather stressed at the moment.I also feel that some people get a kick out of making other people miserable as well.

hi jugsjugs and jazel dont you feel at times thats its almost like therapy to come here and share problems like stress,Just even by unloading our feelings seems to help a lot then some here do have some ideas that can help and too just knowing we are not the only person who has so called friends who can tie us in knots stress wise helps and some do not even know that they are doing it. grrrrrrrrrr. My lot is cheaper than going to shrinks too llol

Everybody has stress, it's there since the first human beings are. Some types of stress are good they will make you better (like sportsmen), other types of stress will break you down. What I do think is that the word "stress" is used too frequently for something I would not call stress at all. Same with the word "depression".

hi kitty and jazel for people with diabetes too much stress raises our blood suagar way high and can also lead to heart attacks. So I use guided imagery to think of an invisible plastic bubble all around me that stress bounces off of.At first I just laughed at it as ios silly but really it actually works if you can imagine in and relax and let the idea help you. My heart is super fine and I am in control of my blood sugar and at my age thats a real help.

I'm glad not to have to deal with this type of thing everyday. Where as I have no co-workers I just have my dad to deal with day in and day out which is different.

I am also ready to get home but i will when i am done with my 8 hours duty then i can go home and sleep. Super stressed too today, when dealing with angry customers it really can stress me out, why are they so horrible in the first place? Oh well as long as their anger is not about me personally then i am fine with that. I have so many things in my hand to make me smile.

people who deal with people much is into stress much too, i also do deal with people and sometimes it is hard to tell what kind they are lol some are soo easy to deal with while some makes it so hard. some doesn't even know how to smile at all!

Hi! God has its own reasons to create anything. He did not create people or words to make life of others miserable. These are human beings who exploit others with their cunning and sharp attitude or take advantage of their 'position'. Now a days 'stress' is a common phenomenon for working women/working couples. Take it easy and take some long deep breath to get rid of your stress and when you reach home, take plenty of rest to feel at ease. All the best.

I am not sure how things will go sometimes, but yes taking a deep long breath helps a lot. and a cup of ice cream helps a lot too!

I think our lives have lost the earlier simplicity, and we are trying to do more each day. And if we do not behave that way, our surroundings, and people around us make such things happen. We are forced to over exert ourselves and then we face stress. There are techniques and ways to reduce the stress, yet we cannot completely eliminate stress.

I guess without these people, our lives don't have spice. I guess it's a part of God's trials to us. We should know how to deal with this people. Maybe there will be a time when these people stop annoying us. Let's pray that it will be soon. So far, nobody is stressing me. I hope you'll be okay and you can get rid of your stress soon.

We all have to deal with people who we disagree with and make us miserable. I've tried to realize they all have a purpose and not just mine. Though I hope most people don't try to make other people miserable on purpose, I think, some do.

Sometimes some people make us stress. There are really people like that and those are bullies. They never stop bullying or at other times they think negatively or misinterpret what you are doing and saying. In other words some have dirty minds and narrow minded. These people are really stressful. How I wish I could go to some peaceful place with people who have clean hearts. I think we should get rid of stress and don't mind these people. And pray always to renew our minds and hearts.

jazel juan I am a diabetic though I would rather say I have diabetes and stress can and does shoot my blood sugarup something crazy so I do some some guided imagery taught us by our diabees nurse educator. Pretend you h ve a very tough plastic bubble all around you and its stress proof. No stress can get in to bother you. Sounds silly but it really does work.stress really can raise your bood sugar even if you were very careful what you ate.So to combat weird people who stress us out use the invisible plasti stress proff bubble no one will know but you.

Strees really dont do good to anyone. Im always strees thats why Im always in the hospital just to buy medicines and have my check up.
