I heard that go swimming has many advantages and i can also lose weight through that,it helps to shape my body.Do you go swimming regularly and love to swim?lol,i'm just curious and i can spend my whole day exercising.I'd like to hear your thoughts.

Sure, swimming is a good sports and you can pracitse all over your body. It is also helpful for the people who have the backaches and shoulder aches. Since it is winter here, so I dare not to go to swim because I am afraid of the cold weather. I shall swim much more in hot summer.

Swimming is definitely good for your lungs. And it is also a fun way to exercise. Just a few hours is enough plus proper diet and you're on your way to great health. Now, I wish I can stay fit with swimming....only if I knew how to swim!

I think swimming is a very good way to keep our stamina and health. Besides of the body shape can be strong and muscular, swimming is a very enjoyable kind of exercise. I do swimming regularly by going to paying pool near of my home. But I have plan to build my own pool in my home, so I can swim everyday.

Your hands ,legs,head ,eyes ,ear ,nose and all body parts are relaxed and refreshed by the swimming.You talked about excercise ,swimming can be considered a excercise which make movement of every part of your body.So just do it for some time not whole day except you want to win a gold in olympics.

I go swimming around two or three times a week depending on how busy I am. I like to have a go in the hot spa pool first and then I go in the swimming pool. Often that swimming pool is busy with groups so some parts of it get closed. Then it can be hard to swim very far if just the middle of the pool is open.
Swimming fast exercises the body well and lets the person lose weight. The water lets an old person move more easily and so it can help his or her body feel better. Swimming fast can help change the body to look more fit. Swimming can relax the mind especially if the water isn't too cold.

Absolutely right. Swimming does help you tone up your body shape. It helps to lose great amount of body weight. I have a water phobia i don't like getting into water. It is only beach where i go in water but that too at a half body distance and where people can come to save me if they see me dying
Swimming is a big fear for me and i want to remove it, but i hate artificial swimming, like in pools because they have those chlorine in the water.

I actually afraid of water before but if i find someone who is good at that may tell me more skills to overcome that,you never try whether you can make it.So don't afraid friend.I believe you can make it,well since we can't change that to have chlorine in it.
