Hi fellas! well i am planning to book my room for next 21 days in this Naturo-pathy near by my area just few kilometers away. It really gives you some of the best-est results ever. But their way is pretty horrible but it works wonders and really are effective. I had lost 8 kg in just 18 days. What they do is, provide you lunch and dinner breakfast is prohibited but just some almonds or walnuts is fine and a herbal tea without sugar and milk. Their lunch has everything but without even a grain of salt in it. I don't eat food there because i have tendency to throw out the unsalted food. So i go on a 1 time fruit diet. It goes like this - There is no food intake in the entire day but at 8 pm in the night i eat 250 gm of any one fruit and some almonds. Whole day i have to drink just water, or coconut water as substitute for food to get some energy. I walk at least 16 km everyday. They give you full body massage with herbal oil and then there is charcoal steamer for body and tub bath. This is done for all the 21 days. The water i drink in a day rises up to 8 liters. I have to drink that.
All this loses my weight and it is like a detox. Your skin glows like anything, you start looking way younger and there is glossy look on your face. But it is very difficult to survive all the 21 days without food. But i am still planning to take the chance. This will be my third time there, i can happily stay fit for 15 days without food. But after that i am vegetable who has no energy to walk or stand. But then it just remains with 6 days more. I love going there, but i don't know it shivers me at times.
Have you tried anything crazy like this before?

Little more weight than average is also Good. Why you want to go for that rigorous Naturo-pathy camp just to lose few kilos. I have seen many people who are healthy and fat.I would prefer little bit dieting every day that to go for such a strict naturo-pathy 21 days camp just to lose few kilos.

Hi!
Whatever you have described here sounds great.
If one could control oneself regarding abstaining from salted or cooked (oily) food for 21 days, it could work wonders.
I have not gone through this kind of experience. I love food and it is difficult for me to skip my breakfast for so many days.
Losing weight is alright but you are back to your normal routine, do you start gaining weight once again?
If you go there for three weeks, will you remain absent from mylot?
All the best.
