There are lot of sites where you can buy good clothes, bags, accessories online sporwal. And my sister has always got from them, lot of products are awesome. You can try Jabong.com, Zovi.com, yepme.com, fashionandyou.com, ebay.in, flipkart.com. Lot of these or almost all have cash on delivery so you won't fear of anything.
Before buying i suggest you for clothes read what material the cloth is made, see the print properly and chose color etc. They also give return back policy. I hope this helps.

I don't know if these will cater to cash-on delivery in international orders however, these two local online store which is ventured in the Philippines are quite famous here in it's local market and some international customers as well. you can try out, Lazada.com and Zalora.com they are quite known online stores here in the Philippine which had also sponsored on several tv-contest.
If you happened to watch this infomercial channel which is called myEZshop, they also cater cash-on delivery orders in fact, they also have a physical store located at selected mall outlets. you may view their site at myezshopmall.com
You can also browse some various online stores at Multiply such as kimstore.multiply.com which sells gadgets and other devices and chupshop which sells shoes over multiply.com a network of online sellers and online customers.
If you are the crafty hand-made fashion lover, you can visit etsy.com it's basically like ebay however, they are more particular with hand made crafts and indipendent art fashion.

Hi,
I should suggest lazada.com but you're so far away from here. Maybe you should try ebay.com. Some vendors offer COD posting to worldwide but they are not that many. They let you pay first before starting to send the goods via snail mail. My best bet is to go downtown for a few pennies more on travel fare and grab it on the rack, pay for it and go home. With that, you are spared of the agonizing waiting and wondering whether the thing you have paid for will arrive or not.
