how to make chocolate???

I am not very experienced in making choclates but like to try my hands on it whenever I get time. The easiest way of experimenting with it is chocolate coated fruits. Its very easy to do and the result is outstanding. For doing it just select the type of chocolate you want to use for coating such as Milk chocolate or dark chocolate. Genraly I prefer to use milk one. Melt the chocolate in double boiler. For double boiler use a big pan to boil the water then place a bowl of solid chocolate or chocolate chips in the water and stir occasionaly till the chocolate is melted smoothly. Note that water should not go into the chocolate as it will spoil the chocolate completely. After melting take the fruits of your choice such as banana or strawberries and with the help of toothpick coat these fruits in chocolate. you need to do it quickly before the chocolate becomes solid again. Plcae these fruits on the tray, freeze them for half an hour and they are ready to eat. Enjoy chocolates :)
