All those annoying political streamers, all those annoying tv commercials, all those annoying banners on facebook. Right now I want to scream because the Cynthia Villar themesong is stuck on my head, I hate it! No way on earth I will vote for her, That annoying song should stop playing on my head. When is the next election? Why are we being spammed by those political ads on TV and social networks. I bet many people will just vote for them just because their commercial have a catchy jingle.

Cynthia Villar themesong? I haven not heard that. My goodness! Cynthia Villar must have paid big money for that song. But themesong won't make a candidate win. Remember the themesong of her husband Manny Villar during his run for presidential race. It was very popular but did he won? Nope! He was just a poor third placer.
Well she has lots of money anyway so she can do everything to win in the Senate race. I wonder why these rich people still desire to run when they already have all that they need. Could it be true that they want to serve the people? I doubt.

I doubt that too. Perhaps, it is just ticking the boxes for them in their to-do things in life. Or they are bored with their riches (it happens, they say). Their definition of success might be conquering the business spectrum and the political arena.

well, this is a senatorial election an we all know 3rd placer can get a person elected with flying colors. that's all she needs to get a position.

Hi,
So you refused to be manipulated by the endless TV commercial, good for you. Some people don't realize how brainwashed they were. There are movements calling to boycott those who suddenly appeared out of the blue while the campaign period is still a few months away. Anyway, its an strategy and it is up to the people to make use of their good judgment about the people they want to lead or fool them.

I have to agree. Most people vote by the virtue of their hearts and emotions.

Oh yeah I agree with you on that. I saw on the news that MMDA is doing this clean up operations in Metro Manila to remove this posters that litter the place especially in those areas where there are festivities and politicians are just hanging their faces around supposed to be greeting their constituents about this and that. I hate those posters actually. I just hope they stop this practice already.

Just like Manny Villar's? Next election is in four months and it's basically the job of the campaign managers of the running candidates ot spam into oblivion. Somewhat I agree with you. No offense but majority of the voters might not even look at the programs or pledges. The anti-epal bill, I tihnk, will be on the back burner for a long time in Congress.

I felt like politicians are afraid of this law because they wont be able to spam their faces anymore. I wont be fooled by their propagandas. just hate the roster of senatorial candidates we have right now. they were flip floppers.

Even if it won't be passed, I think we know who to vote for, let the "epals" be "epals", we are both too intelligent for thatBTW I am from Las Pinas city, I'd probably vote for her achievements rather than the stupid song
