Fire at Brazilian pub? / myLot

Hey guys, i was recently shocked with the news of fire breaking out at a Brazilian pub that took lives of more than 250 people. I feel bad for those people who lost their lives due to suffocation. While the blame game is still on, i do not know whom to blame for this case. What are your thoughts about this guys? Whom do you think should be blamed? Do you think places like pubs where crowds gather in huge numbers should have better security facilities to fight against fires or any untoward hazards? Do share your thoughts!

yes its shocking news .. the blame game will never stops but ultimately poor innocent people are only the suffers always

Thanks a ton for sharing your valuable response. Yes u are absolutely right, it is indeed shocking that took away so many innocent lives. Of course the blame game has already started, because both govt and the pub owner are not ready to accept the blame. but in the entire incident, many innocent lives were lost which is irreparable. What say?
