A few days ago I read a post via the net and it said that we shouldn't choose the hair shampoo which contains Se. Although your hair seems to be much more smoothy after that. However, actually it is not good for your hair. Your hair will drop a lot if you have used the hair shampoo with Se in a long term.

Different types hair needs different types of shampoo. It is always good to massage the hair before bathing with hair oil and then applying shampoo during bathing. I am not sure about the details of the shampooing. I think it is good to use shampoo with good conditioner.

At our school,I find a lot of students are using Head&Shoulders. But I have never bought it for the price of Head&Shoulders is too high...My classmate say it has a good anti-dandruff action and this is a reason why they buy it . Maybe you can try a shampoo called Pantene, I often use it and I think it is very useful.

my head skin is not suitable with Head & Shoulders. Currently i use Kerasys. i don't use conditioner but my hairs are still smooth.
if you don't have conditioner, you use mix a little bit olive oil in shampoo in the last wash (i often use shampoo 2 times whenever i wash hairs)

Wow I never notice about that. I choose my shampoo according to my hair problem, dry, falling or dandruff. I never notice the contents, may be I should find out what my shampoo contents from now. Thank you for the info anyway.

"Suave Shampoo ... fifty gallons ferr a dollar!" ... That's the 'early lifestyle'-advice of Jeff Foxworthy (Are You Smarter than a Fifth Grader?, The American Bible Challenge, Blue Collar Comedy, "You Might Be a Redneck If ...") anyway.
Does 'Suave Shampoo' have Se?

While it's common to think of shampoo as a hair cleansing agent, it's more important to consider your scalp when choosing a shampoo. shampoo should be chosen based on your scalp condition; conditioner should be used to treat your hair. This way, if your scalp is oily and your ends are dry (which is a common problem), choose shampoo that is best suited for an oily scalp and a conditioner that is best suited to hydrate your dry ends.

shampoo should be selected based on your hair type and purpose like to remove dandruff, adding moisture, making hair smoother etc.And also make sure that shampoo who are selecting to use must contain less chemicals in composition. Many hair smoothing products use lot of chemical to make hair smooth.so this not good for your hair, try to use herbal based products.

I understand that most of shampoos contain detergents, which is not good for our hair.

i don't know how to read the contents and i don't know if those are compatible with my hair or not lol i've learned through using different kinds through out the years. I have know which shampoo will make my hair soft but will give me dandruff, i used ones that will make my hair hard yet it won't itch, or make it dry.. and eventually i learned to settle with one that i love, that make my hair shine and will not itch.
