Last year, i decided that i will change my career but until now, i can't cause i don't have what it takes, as you can see in the title, i don't really have the skills of whatever it is... my grammars are horrible, can't communicate better. It's not that i don't have any confidence but the fact that i know my own limit or average is enough for me to know that i couldn't make it on other top companies here in the philippines... how i wish that i can found an activities that will boost my personality and give me more knowledge...
any suggestions?

Perhaps, you are interested in a job related to customer support. It definitely requires a good command over language. Its natural that you need to develop skill before entering a new field/ career. You can do it. Just try. All the best.

Oh. I am one of them. No skills people. That is the reaon why I cannot get a job in a real world and so, I do not have work experience for my whole life. My first experience is on work online, which I thought I can earn a living here or I can earn a good money here at home, but I was wrong.
The only pros in working online is you can earn money even if we do not have skills unlike if we are applying in a companies that required skills and talents, we can still earn good money, which I do not have skills to prove. I always got rejected and so, I gave up. The problem in working online is that the money here is not enough and so, I am a little bit confused of what I am going to do. I do not if I am going to apply a job to pay bills or focus on work online, which pays money, but still not enough. I am so tired applying a job in a real world and I don't want to spend too much money just to go and look for a job.
Waste of money.
Hmmm... I am glad I found this site so that I could read all the response here and also get a good suggestion too

Everyone has some skill in life and has some talent. I think people should find what they are talented and try to develop their talent and try to find the job. I would also suggest you to fine your skills and talent and to find a good job and also try to develop some new skills and talent.

I don't think you don't have skills. Perhaps you haven't discovered what it is yet.
You have to do a self evaluation. Make a chart of your strong points and weak points. Through that you will soon discover what you can do.
Now here is an important question, Are you willing to learn how to have good communication skills? are you willing to learn how to speak English properly? Everybody have their own natural skills.
Example of your self evaluation chart
Strong Points Weak points
Good listener bad grammar
Dedicated lack communication skills
sharp in comprehension
Analytical
Teachable
This is just an example of a self assessment chart. I hope through this example I'm able to help you... Add me as a friend perhaps I can help you more.

If you know what you are lacking, then why not do something about it? There are training schools which can help you improve your English Skills. Try TESDA. I am just not sure what are the requirements, but I do know that they offer English Proficiency Program.

I believe every person is given their own capabilities and uniqueness, we all have different talents and skills can be learned. we all get to learn how to do accounting, how to use the computer, and so on. of course talent is inate but that too can be practiced. :D with this, do not put down yourself like this, always be positive and think and know that you are a very able person. You just lack the confidence if you ask me. You only need to think of what you want to do, what you knowyou can do and focus on that so that you can be better in those. As far as your concern for applying for jobs, you can always put in there you are highly trainable and i am sure there are a lot of companies thaat provides good training. Given the chance you will be as good as the expert that taught you. I mean you can always go to these companies, fix your resume and apply for a position in whatever company you would want to join. When we want something, we will sure to have earned that because we are of course given the capacity only need to execute them. I hope you will be able to find the best job for you. Good luck! =)

Dear meipan, you and me are in the similar situation recently! My current is boring and just put in data to system, I can not get any work skill from it! Even I have already graduate from school for 3 years, I just like a beginner. I want to be a interpreter, but my English level is not good enough...Now I study English about two hours per day by myself. Interpreter is till my goal, but now even I just want to be a foreign trade salesmwoman, I can not still get any interview opportunity at all after sending CVs online! Now I am very upset...
