Ever notice your behavior among your friends? I have and I am different with cents in people. One friend I am quite and let her talk, with another friend we both share stories. So, is this a learnt behaivor because one friend talks over me and I leaned that it wouldn't be of any use to converse with her? With the other friend, who is relaxed, and will talk about her day and I share my day with her but still hold back a slight bit. Now the question is am I two different personalities when I am with either one? Can I be myself with only family members, relaxed and comfortable or can I be myself IF I ever find a friend that I can be that way?

I am myself no matter who I'm with... But with certain people I understand that some talk more than others. You don't have a different personality with them. you just change your mannerisms with them. If someone's constantly talking it does become difficult to talk over them...

Thanks for the response LovimgMyBabies. I think we both see being different with different people are about the same. The word mannerisms fits but I just assume mannerisms is certain things you do like twitch your lip when talking, wave your hand around or tap your foot. What I mean do we change our personalities to suit the person we are talking to. What do you think, are mannerisms and personality changes the same thing?
