myLot needs big changes

I don't think there should be a major, change here in mylot format, as long as it is working for me I think there is nothing wrong with simplicity and even if it is coded using HTML, I really don't mind. I just want to push the idea of making the RESPONDED TAB useful though, more useful than it's original purpose. Making the the discussion appear on top of RESPONDED list when somebody commented on to my response. http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2743416.aspx other matters here are okay it is okay to have this format for me, there is no need for flashy whatever for it will just cause the difficulty of loading it.

As a starter I also found some points to be improved, but those were regarded hard and not the priority of admins. Although I feel a little frustrated, what makes me happy is the mylotters here. They are so helpful, nice, and always patiently and responsibly handle the problems of others. They share happiness as well as worries with each other, and everyday becomes easier, plus a little payment:) I guess website maintenance, uploading and development is no easy job for any website. I've learned to be grateful to admins and mylotters for their time and efforts.

I don't care much of the appearance of this website. It's just fine for me. I just want my notifications to arrive on time. I'm not that critic. Welcome to myLot. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Happy mylotting. :)

I agree with you on this, and I mentioned this in other discussions in the past. Mylot has many pros, but unfortunately somethning needs to be done to make it look more up to date and fresh. I really think that it looks and feels outdated, and if regular updates are not made it really gets obsolete,just likeany other site, and even more in this case when so many people make use of it as a way of communicating and earning some money. It is a pity that nothing is done at least once every six months to improve it in some way or another.

I dont find any problem with mylot at all. I love mylot where i can share and post my opinions or reading discussions. my earning online is not much but i still like to spend my time on mylot...

Hello there ! I am bit new here but i am already very comfortable with Mylot nature , rules and the people. Mylot is significant in my life and for one to say that she must stay bit longer here so she can prove whether Mylot has a significance or none in her life . It is not a perfect site , it have its own lapses just like other sites , but the thing is , it is a very lenient site . It favors always the members. A very considerate site comparing to other sites where in Native English is prohibited ,content must be perfect , small mistake of punctuation mark then write ups will be returned to you. In here you are always given the chance to learn and improve and to be able to express and communicate. Whatever others view of Mylot , they are very much respected.

For some strange reason, the site seems to be fine with keeping the simplest format. I agree with you - to keep up with the times, and very likely to make a dent in the social networking arena, myLot needs to do quite a bit of updating.

Is it not better for you to be here for a while and study how the site works. You will then realise that this is one of the best sites we have on the Net and technically well designed.

Why do you want to change myLot? Its great the way it is. Maybe a few glitches here and there but everything else is perfect. I don't think anything should change here except the glitches and for the "responded" tab to update how the started tab does, I'd be in heaven!

I think because mylot is so simple... is why its been around so long. Id say leave it be...

I am comfortable with the looks and design of the myLot. Sometimes earnings update may take time but they are working on it. As far as change is concerned I would like to see some new and interesting tasks added here which will give myLotters an extra opportunity to earn.

What I feels is mylot is a discussion site and if I replies to someone and he again replies to me there is not any thing to notify me.If I had to see iI had to go back to discussion and see the discuasion I had responded.But that takes too much time and I am not able to cintinue my discussion.So I thinks it needs to be modified so that it is made a good discussion site.

Big changes?? I guess it is okay already. It is easy to use, very friendly website. More important is, it pays you while talking. I love my lot as it is. However it is your opinion my dear. So what you like my lot to improve for?

I agree with you.If any member is so serious in this site,then there is lot of good things to talk about and lot of things to share.Mylot is something special for each and every members.I joined this site accidentally while searching a study material for my CCNA exam.In the beginning i am not so serious in this site.After getting the first payment,i become more serious and spend all my free time in this site.I have been to member of the site for 7 years.Mylot is another piggy bank for me.After accumulating 10 dollars,we are getting the payment from them.A penny saved is a penny earned". I think there is no site like mylot who really pays for posting and replying discussion.Here we can meet people from different corners of the world and share our ideas and knowledge.If i get any free time,i like to spend it on mylot.

I think it would be fun to see some changes. I think it is good to start a discussion on development of improvement of myLot.

You know, I appreciate your candor, and for caring enough to critique an earning site that you yourself admitted you liked. It's unfortunate though that when a myLot user tries to get it to improve itself, the idea is shot down easily by others who didn't seem to understand what you're suggesting, i.e. cosmetic touch-ups, not the concept behind it. I hope you won't get discouraged/dismayed by naysayers around here, and continue to be intellectually invested here at myLot & in other places like it that you're part of.

this is the second time for me to work in mylot to earn money, and i have no idea about how to ear from it , is there someone who ie veteran and would like to give advice for rookies? also maybe i can share other websites that we can get money from .

I think I like mylot the way it is, it is simple, it doesn't take so much time to load especially that I have super slow Internet all the time and it pays for whatever is inside my brains at the point in time I type something. But it would be nice if Mylot payed a little more because the ideas on here are usually priceless. I learn so much here more than I could ever learn on facebook. They talk about life here and personal stories. Facebook is all show off things and impersonal with all the quotes and images. Mylot Is honest, good old honest site.

you see till some extent i agree with you. the site badly needs to be modified. needs to be made more cooler. and an edit option is a must to be introduced. i think the admin will look at you topic and will take a good decision on it. thanks a ton for this topic. i too like mylot a lot but things has to be changed when time passes by. if mylot looks a lot more cooler then this websote will get a lot more accounts per day than usual. cheers..! :)
