I have a friend who own an agricultural land which produces coconut products quarterly called "lukad". He was not here in our country but someone look for his land and he is called a "tenant". He did cultured the land and pays labor and got his share and even more but he abused his authority. As a tenant he should give the proper share to the owner but he did not. The owner decided to pays the tenant and find another work or land to work for but the tenant is asking for more. Is it right to ask for more? They have got more already.
