Bob Dylan has gone through different phases and eras, if you will, but has continued in his tradition of beautiful writing of both music and lyrics throughout. What are some of your favourite Bob Dylan songs or albums, or just favourite lines from different songs? I have many so share some of yours and I'll share some of mine.

Not a huge Dylan fan except for the entire album "Desire". That just slays me. Must be that gypsy violin. My Dylan song? "Mozambique". Brings back some fond memories.

Fair enough. Desire is a great album. "Hurricane" is simply amazing.

My absolute favorite Bob Dylan song is Visions of Johanna. Probably becuase there is some meaning behind it for me. Some others that I love are:

Highway 61 Revisited

i love that song the man in me that bob does... it's on the big lebowski sound track. also, motorpsycho nightmare is amazing, and desolation row.
and no list is complete without highway 61 and the hurricane
there's about fifty more songs i could list here... but maybe later

i especially like changing of the guard on street legal the lyrics are stunning..
another amazing song is love minus zero from the live in '75 album(the rolling thunder review)the emotion in his voice is amazing to hear..
do you know "percy's song"? if not you should check it out,joan baez does a beautiful version of this song too.i found bobs version the bootleg series vol.3
