I am hoping the my beathing is going to get under controll I'm not going to let it kill me.

Livestrong actually has an article that you might find useful: http://www.livestrong.com/article/370785-food-to-help-breathing/ In it, things such as green tea, carrots and Vitamin C are recommended to help with breathing issues.

I'm trying to do just that. I have pulled away from people that are bad for my health. I told them to stop trying to find me and just leave me alone. I also don't need the stress.

Well, personally what most of us need to know, that we are in control of our life and our health and learning to do what we can to keep our health under better control as well. Being able to keep yourself out of the hospitalIs a good thing. Learning what you need to do to not get upset and really excited is what you need to learn. But finding more ways to relax, like coming in here and talking about things when feeling stressed can help you more as well. I know it is what helps me.

Hi,
I feel very sorry for your breathing problem. But don't be upset. I would like to give you one advice. Pranayam in yoga can cure breathing problem. In this type of yoga there are many breathing exercises which would help you to get rid of your problem. If in your area if there is any expert in yoga try it. I am sure that you will get well soon.
