I uploaded this music recently and added it to my dance music.
Thus, my opening dance routine will be dancing the gangnam. Oh my, after two rounds of this music, I am already perspiring and puffing.
That’s because the dance itself would let you seem like jump a little, and I think that’s commensurate to jogging.
But mind you, after two rounds of Gangnam, I still dance 2 or 3 of my dance music.
So guys, try dancing the gangnam , maybe two rounds of the music and tell me if it doesn’t tire you.
It’s a very nice song to dance & exercise!

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Ha ha ha, well that is great to hear and i am pretty sure u must be enjoying your dance sessions with this foot tapping music. in fact many of my friends also use this song as a dance therapy to reduce their weight as it involves lots of heavy beats.
What say?

Yes, that's true. It has a very danceable beat that one cannot help dancing when you hear it. In addition, its dance requires you to jump a bit, thus you seem like you have jogged already, after having two rounds of it my friend.
I regretted not having searched for it earlier. It could have already lessened my fats in my stomach by now, which is my main target in exercising.

Indeed it's an enjoyable and effective workout! You just don't wanna stop dancing it, once you start it.

I am exploring dances too as exercise to make it less boring. I've also tried it and it's really a good form of exercise. My sister has a video of Zumba dance and it feels great to do every weekend.

Zumba is great too, but i think dancing the Gangnam is more of a vigorous exercise than the Zumba. It's beat will really make you dance and dance until you drop.
