Can't use Firefox anymore.

Last week the problem started with Firefox, I'd lost my toolbars one day, then Firefox crashed the next day. Out of the blue this happened, there was no warning besides the toolbars going missing before it started crashing on me. I tried everything to try to get Firefox back. I ran scans that were clear. I uninstalled and reinstalled the browser. I tried installing different versions and I still had the same problem. Nothing worked. Nothing at all. The problem was when I clicked on the browser, it would open and freeze. Nothing would load, and then it would crash. I spoke to several people who suggested I do things that I'd already tried. Even Mozilla had no idea what to do. They told me to get a crash report number, but if I can't get anything to load, then I can't enter anything into the address bar to find out. This means that I've lost everything I had on Firefox, can't get anything back at all. So I'm slowly trying to remember all my user information for various sites and will be using them on Google Chrome. This really sucks, but there's nothing I can do about it.
