Keanu Reeves, an Amazing man, is turning into a film maker

If you do not know, Keanu has finished his film, Man of Tai Chi. This is a film he co wrote, co produced as well as directed. this comes on the heel of Henry's Crime, and the documentary, Side by Side. If you like Kung Fu films, as I do, then it will be interesting for you to do research into the new FX style of cinematography, using the 'bot and dolly'. This is an excellent way of filming Kung Fu action sequences, as it uses Maya for a User Interface. What do you think of martial arts films? Are any of you a fan? That is interesting. I guess it's a natural progression for an actor to also become a film maker but I didn't figure Keanu Reeves to be interested in making movies about kung fu or martial arts. The only time I've ever seen him in a fight scene in a movie is in The Matrix.

Hello UmiNoor! Nice to meet you. Actually, he is very good from what I have seen from the media regarding martial arts. Tiger Chen is the star of the film, and he is playing the villain. He is also fighting in the new film Ronin 47. I think this looks to be very interesting. Also, check out youtube (when I get to 500 I can finally cut and paste links, can't wait!), information on the 'bot and dolly', a new way to film action sequences in films. Have a blessed day :)

I don't know this news at all. Do you know that Keanu Reeves is quite popular here? That is because he is very handsome. Besides, he has a race of Chinese. This is why people like him. It is cool that he turns into a film maker. This is a new talent for him and I hope he will succeed it. Ben Affleck is also a famous actor and now he is also a well-known director. I really like his movie Argo. I hope Keanu Reeves will also provide us good movies in the future.

Personally, these are not my type of movies, but my husband really usually enjoys them. I am sure Keanu Reeves will be a good film maker. He has been in some really good movies and I am sure has many friends around that can help him if he needs it. It is interesting to see where Actors and Actresses go in stardom over the yrs. A lot of child stars are going into film and TV production now as well.
