You don't mention how long you have been dieting and exercising. You need to keep at it for at least a month or two to see anything progress. I think if you really want to lose weight fast the best thing is portion control and walking. If you can walk up to 10,000 steps a day and watch the amount of food intake plus drink plenty of lemon water you will see results in one month. All I do is walk and drink lemon water at least three glasses aday and I'm able to maintain my weight. Good luck and I hope this helps you.

How long have you been doing this? Sometimes it takes time. It doesn't happen overnight. Maybe you just have to wait a bit longer. Then when you're really sure maybe you can tell if its working for you or not. At any rate, it is always better to consult a doctor just to be on the safe side.

losing weight is such a difficult experience and seems to take forever. Perhaps you could try a different type of exersise and see what works for you, we're all different :)
