Hey Opinion on Indie Titles Vs. Big Studios

I have seen some really interesting concepts coming from Indie gaming studios. When you look at a series like Res Evil, GTA or Silent Hill, do you think that formula makes the game? Or do you think that adding unique aspects 'indie style' to the game work better? The gaming world is constantly changing, what worked yesterday, might not work today at all. If you could put a little 'indie spark' into a gaming franchise, what would you put, and why?

I like both Indie games and games made by Big sudios and I think it is brilliant for gamers to have games from both sources as it increases the choice of great games to play.I do think that Indie game developers are often much more imaginative than the Big studios because of this it would be interesting to see what these small studios could achieve with the resources of the larger studios.Though having as much money as they want may take something from their creativity.

Wow, awesome response. I agree with this. Tell me, do you have an example of a favorite indie game? also, do you have an example of a favorite large studio game?
