I never thought about it until after I told my friend about my worries about my monthly dues. Then she told me, ..so like being an adult?! I was stunned by the statement, and it made think about being an adult in general.
So true, being an adult is quite a serious thing!

Adulthood is a very serious business indeed! but in all my years [despite of having quite a happy childhood] I prefer to be an adult why? I Am a master of my self I can take the ugly bits and the nice bits that comes my way and to me that was a challenge even to day at 67 and living on my own I still have more challenges coming my way and I enjoy every bit of it.

So very true, sometimes all we just want to do is go back where our childhood is specially when we have a good family. I cannot people who always think compare their recent life from their younger days.
Actually I like my adult life too that my younger years co's this time same with you I am the master of my life and during this time I have my own money since I can work and get paid, unlike before that I have to wait for my grandparents, aunts and uncles to give me.
But the things with this recent life is the monthly dues. hahaha.Money is always have a crucial part with my life today and it's kinda sucks most of the time specially when ends are not being met.
I'm happy that you are living the good years.

That is so funny. My daughter just told me the other day how she wishes she was not an adult. She wishes that she was still a little girl with no responsibilities. I laughed and said you couldn't wait to be an adult and now at the age of thirty-two you wish you were a child again. Yes, she said life is difficult as an adult. No, really, you telling me something I don't already know.

Kids with good childhood tend to want to stay there forever specially when the hardship of being an adult strikes in. My friend told me too that she has no cares in the world when she was with her parents. She gets what she wants and just do anything she likes. Unlike now that she's married and has her own life. She said life is just hard and monthly dues is being harder to think about. hahaha.

Thanks for sharing, it is life dear, as adult one has to bear so many responsibilities, pay bills etc from one income.
