How to customize windows xp?

I am currently using win xp as os on my homepc. But i am bugged up of the same format and screens and icons of winxp.I tried searching on net but procedure of changing icons or themes is little complex.SO i wonder can anyone suggest me and easy and virus free way to change win xp theme, folder icons or install a live wallpaper?

There are themes available for free that will change your xp look to look windows 7 or even linux based PC. Search for windows xp theme in search bar.

Download it and install in your xp system.
Search for other themes for what you are looking for in search engine search bar

you can upload a password on desktop that any one can,t use your system except you. you can upload a antivirus that can prevent the virus activities.so you can change your theme only one time it can work a long period of time.you can install a wallpaper.

I haven't used win xp in a lot of years so am not very sure but I think if you look on your control panel you will find out how to change things like that. Good luck!

Go to www.Stardock.com they offer applications for all versions of Windows. to help you customize everything on your windows XP. You can customize your themes, screensaver, windows log in screen, Icons, Mouse Pointer and Etc. Its easy to use. You can Download themes from their website.
I also recommend www.download.com where you can download every software you need for your Operating system. you can search for free softwares, and it suggest all the software you need for your daily needs.
