I cancelled the order ?

I bought an inexpensive car kit + shell for my new cell phone on Amazon. There was only 2 left when I ordered it a week ago. I was checking last night what the status of things were... still waiting to be shipped and it was to be here by the 5th. So holding my breath still.
This morning I got a notice the order was cancelled "by the customer"... nope didn't cancel it. I did observe what options were avialable to me since this was taking some time to ship. I almost feel like putting a bad review on the seller for not notifying me sooner and saying I cancelled it when I didn't.
So I'm still w/o a case. My phone isn't an iPhone or a Galaxy so it's not easy to find a cover in store. Anyone have any suggestions of other places I can look for a protective case online that's legit?

My husband always orders his from either amazon or ebay with no problems. I think it might have been a fluke that this one was canceled. Try it again with another seller.

I did order something else with another seller and it was sent out under 12hrs of my order being placed. I have not had this kind of problem before either.

I never expected that thing from Amazon as it is a very reputed site all over the world. You should definitely try to contact them as to find out what went wrong. I am sure they will try to solve out the problem as they do care about their reputation. I hope they will dispatch your order again as quickly as possible.

Amazon's great. It's the Marketplace sellers I have issues with from time to time.
I ordered an art history textbook from a Marketplace seller a couple of months ago. She described it as like new, but it definitely isn't. The cover and pages are all bent up, and there's writing and highlighting throughout it. The seller ignored the messages I sent to her through Amazon, so I ended up filing an A-to-z claim for the order and Amazon decided in my favor. They're usually really good about making things like that right, so hopefully they will be able to do something about 3SnuggleBunnies' issue with this order so she can get her phone case soon.

I would call or email the company and ask them what is going wrong / on. It may have very well been a system error and not the fault of the company at all. If they then want to be an annoyance / not helpful, write a review about it.
I'd still look on amazon though, just not the seller you had before.

You can find it on cowboom, or ebay, those are online places I usually shop my stuff too. So, if amazon doesn't work out for you so good, you can try those places. Anyway, you can post bad reviews on the seller who cancelled your order. And I believe there isn't only one seller there, you can find another legit one.

I would contact the seller and see what they problem was. Maybe it was a simple mistake and they can just re-send the order to you. Or maybe they'll tell you they're out of stock or something. It's better to find out though because if it was a mistake hopefully they can just send it out to you.

I think you should at least contact them at Amazon and tell them there was a mistake on their part and you are very upset about it and that you want them to correct their error and send you your case.
I've written them before. I've called them before. I ordered a big multi-pack of bathroom tissue for $30 some odd dollars. When my package came it was just one pack of 12. It was supposed to be 6 packs of 12. I called them and they said to keep the one pack of 12 and they would ship the right order. I got it in 3 days. So please talk to them and discuss what happened. They will try to make it right for you because they want your business.
