Hello fellow myLotters! I have been out of here for a couple of days and it seems like myLot notification is back up and running. When I opened my email today I see few messages there from myLot. It's good to have the notification back up. Too bad for the previous posts because there'd be no way for you to know if someone responded to your post or comments unless you check it manually. This better be good now. Haha! I solely depend on my email to see myLot digest and any responses. Happy myLotting y'all!

Well, there are a lot of us who started new discussions when there was all the confusion on if this site was still paying and no notifications that hurt the responses back for sure. For me, when I start a new discussion fromtime to time, I go back to each discussion I have started and respond back from there. Makes sure I don't ever miss something someone might have responded back at.

We HAVE TO depend on e-mails for notifications if we are to easily find out if we've any comments on our posts...It's so difficult to know it in mylot site, because we have to manually go into each discussion and search for our comment and see if someone has replied..!! Ohhhhhh, such a tedious process.
Wish they spent some time on making things simple and beautiful here..

It really is a tedious process. I wish it's just like Facebook. You can easily check your notifications and toggle to your activity log to keep track of the things that you have done. I don't have any issues with how myLot site is designed. It's just that with what happened recently on the notifications, it makes me realize that it's indeed difficult to get into each post you have commented on and then go back to the homepage and keep track of the responses you have on the discussions you have started.

I was surprised to open my email and finally see that some notifications and the digest came through. Though, when I first noticed I was not getting the digest, I had a couple stating the discussions I posted in were deleted.

Same with me. I don't get any emails from myLot other than notification that my post was deleted because the discussion was removed. No digest and no updates on my responses. I hope this time, it works well. :)

Hi june!
As long as I can participate, it doesn't matter if there is a notification or not. I will find a way. What is important for me is that I can upload my discussions, responses and comments.
Although I love to receive notifications, I understand that sometimes, myLot encounters problems and difficulties also.
So with notifications or none, let's keep mylotting!

Yes, that's what I thought so when I found out there was a problem with notifications. I just told myself that as long as I'm still able to start and respond to discussions then I'm good. However, it's still nice to get emails from myLot.

Same here. I only depend on my email notifications and homepage. So there wouldn't be a way for us to know if we got responses from other discussions we have commented on if notification is not working. Anyway, it's all back up and I'm a happy myLotter! :)

hahaha! That the reason why I stopped visiting here for a couple of days because it's tiresome to go back and forth and see if you got any responses especially that I tend to participate in a lot of discussions here. Oh well, it's just so good to have it back! Not so much waste of time. :)

You can see the answers to some discussion.

Yes mylot now back to normal,a few days ago I did not get any e-mail from mylot but today suddenly I get more than 50 e-mail from mylot so everything is back on the track.
