This is a tough one, and might not even get a response, as many people who post here are not from the US. Thus, I would like some of you, who do not know who Lenny was, to take the time and google his life, his times and what he went through. Lenny was a man who, I believed, sacrificed his life for free speech. I, like others, believe he was murdered. This man is a hero for those of us who seek truth, love and light within our own lives. If you remember, then lets hear your opinions, even if you did not like him, it's cool. In reality, he was a very kind man. A kind man who noticed that something in society was wrong. He often used his stand up routines to communicate this, and many in their lily white towers of power, well they wanted him silenced. Also, google, Jean Seberg, she was targeted by Hoover because she supported Civil Rights in the 1960's. How about it? are people getting better now, than in Lenny's time, the 1960's, and do you think social media has anything to do with it?

I remember Lenny Bruce from back when I was a teenager. He was a very 'off color' comedian and not everyone appreciated his humor. Have you seen the Lenny Bruce movie about his life. I think Dustin Hoffman played him and did an excellant job. It's one of those movies that's not played very often and it's probably hard to find but if I could find it I would watch it again. He was very much into human rights.
