I think before posting here a preference everyone must to know these cuisines... I know a little chinese cuisine but never been in china and cannot tell more. I know indonesian cuisine (when in Bali) and I can tell you it is good. But you know I am italian and I think our is the best cuisine worldwide. During my travels I meet good cuisine in Morocco, Guadeloupe, Brasil, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Czech Republic.... If a day I'll go to China I'll tell you about!
