How do i get my dog to stop barking???

There are a few ways. If you can get her to bark on command, you can get her to stop barking. That is a bit hard. Start by giving her a lot of exercise every day. They say a tiered dog is a good dog. The busier she is, the less time she has to bark. Take her out for a walk before you leave for school. It's a hard time, so 20 minutes will do. If you have a paper route take her with you. It's a nice long walk. Take her out again as soon as you get home. This is a good time for a very long walk. You can use this time for serious training lessons. The better trained she is, the better she will behave and the less she will bark. At home when she barks or does something you don't like, redirect her. Find something for her to do. Then reward her for doing what you ask. Under no circumstance hit your dog. All she will learn from that is you are a bully.

You are basically rewarding her for barking giving her a treat, and then spanking her isn't teaching her anything. You need to stick to a routine, or this will just conitnuing.

I can't believe a dog barks without stopping. She must stop to breath, to drink water, to eat, to sleep... You must reformulate your problem. In order to get help, you must describe her behavior better. When does she bark? Is it something that triggers her barking? You must observe her first, in order to work on the bad behavior.

Maybe a shock collar? But I would have a hard time doing that .
