Dehydration sounds like the culprit to me. I know, I know - you drink coffee all the time, right?, so how is that possible? Most people who suffer from getting tired half way thru their day are actually dehydrated because they drink coffee & soda which both can cause dehydration if not rotated with plain old water. Try drinking a glass of water for every cup or every other cup of coffee/soda & maybe add some B vitamins & protein to your early day hours. Also, cut back on the amount of sleep you get if it's over 8 hours. If your body is used to getting 6 hours of sleep then scale back to it - sometimes too much sleep can cause you to feel just as tired as not enough sleep & 20 minute power naps can do wonders when drowsiness takes hold of you.
It's not laziness - your body is trying to tell you something. You just have to pay attention to figure out exactly what it's saying.
Good Luck!!

Make a scedule when to do what. When to work, when to take a break, when to eat, when to relax, when to allow yourself to be lazy. If you scedule your life (more) you will take breaks at the right time, you will go to bed in time and your body will get used to that too (again).

Maybe what you need to do is move back yourself to your regular sleeping time. Your body is probably too tired already. So it does not or cannot function too well. You need your body to recuperate! Go all out on one day and just do nothing, sleep and sleep and just sleep!

Hi we do have the same problem at hand, i work at night time and what i can do for now is sleep in front of my monitor which is really too bad for me, my work is already affected, and i think that this is not really laziness in our part, it is pure fatigue, we are just overhyped by coffee and supplements telling our mind to still go on and work when the body is really tired and worn out already. Why not take a breather friend? I will do the same when i have my schedules fixed and when the kids do not have school anymore. And maybe when it is time for us to come back and work again, things will be better and we can work more productively. Cheers!

Are you getting sufficient uninterrupted sleep ((6 1/2 to 8 hours)? If you are, I suggest that you get a general check-up from your doctor.

Hello there! I wonder what are your other online earning jobs? Can you share it? I just recently closed our small business so you can say that I am a full time stay at home mom now. I joined myLot not just for the earnings but for the thing that I can do my love for reading and writing. I l;ike the way that my thoughts are being responded in here unlike in blogging.
Back to your topic, I feel lazy and sleepy too these past few days since being at home. Maybe I am not just used to being here at home. What I do is I just stand and move around and not be in just one place. I hope this can help you since it is what Ive been doing.

I also wish I could control laziness, I don't have an incredible time staying awake or anything but I do often feel fatigued and tired from working so much. Working so much causes me to feel so tired though and lose a lot of sleep but I try to catch up on the days that I don't have to work early in the morning. I don't drink coffee at all and I am able to get through the day pretty easily.

You can try to visualize yourself within the boxing ring. Your hands are barely punching, your legs are shaking and you just don't see any progress left. So from this analogy determine your best approach to stay fighting and eventually get what you want.

Hi friend!
I think you have been working too much and that is your body's reaction because too much fatigue. Make sure to have enough rest.
Have a nice day!

don,t depend on tea or cofee to stay up to finishyour work ,instead follow a regular timetable . Get up early ,do a bit of meditation or go for a walk ,it will keep you fresh the entire day .Sometimes when their is too much to do we just drown ourselves in it ,the task becomes boring and takes longer time to finish .Chat with your friends in between .All work and no play makes jack a dull boy and you start drinking loads of cofee to keep awake .

I think you need to get a body check,I think the reason you feel so sleepy is not because you become lazy, may be there is something will make you feel tired,so I think you can get some advice from Doctors.
You used to be a hardworker so I think may be you need to have a good rest. You are a human being, not a machine.

Maybe you're not just lazy, have yourself checked up, maybe you have a thyroid problem or something. If you do have it (hopefully you don't), its best to do something about it right away.

The best suggestion i can suggest you is that take a break and go for vacation or hang out with friends. It is common for people to be lazy to do their routine work even if they wanted to work for it. So take a break and enjoy yourself at least for two days, and then start back your online work with fresh mind and great confident. Changing your lifestyle time to time and give you a great boost in your career. All the best buddy.
