I have been earning LR through some ways n getting indian currency for that in my bank account via indians whom i met online only.i have their contact numbers as well as account number and mail address only...i have never used any sites ..reasons are they charge very much...n on the other hand, these people including myself charge based on current situation of $ plus some nominal fees.....we all work in 2 wyas..if i dnt have LR,i can get it by sending them INR n vice versa...i know its hard to trust people online but relations are made n maintained for business purposes here..i met them on other paid-to-post forums n you can check reputation also there....for me,it is the only way i do business with LR--bank account...

I suggest you check AlertExchanger. You can exchange your LR funds to Paypal since they've been authorized by Paypal to do exchanges (as long as it's not the other way around). I've used AlertExchanger twice to exchange my funds from Payza to Paypal. Just be reminded that the fee for LR to Paypal transaction is 10%. Don't use the Bankwire or Western Union option because of the hefty transaction fee that you will incur aside from the fee that AlertExchange will ask you of.
In my opinion, the best option is to find someone who buys/sells LR funds wherein the buyer will send the agreed value of exchange direct to your bank account or by any local transaction means. That's what we usually do here in the Philippines as well.
