The new ipad coming up and what to do with the one you got

I should add even if it is still good and you purchased it a year ago. Now I have been through the suggestions that includes giving it away or donating it to some charity, or well for the wasteful types, throw it away, but then I read somewhere to give it to someone else. But guess the example that is given, someone in the family, spouse, etc. Well is not that person also on your data or your wi=fi plan anyway, so is that not well very easy to do. However what if the person is not in your family or on your data plan, he or she would have to use the same provider that you use. It does poise a problem, but there is something that has not been answered. I mean if you already have a 32 gig ipad or even a 64 gig, you happen to be a musician who has to carry all your music on an ipad with you, and would it not be feasible to use both ipads, one with the 32, and the other with the 128 when it becomes available next month? I know it is a silly subject, but would that be making the most of a situation? Now before someone berates me for wanting a new ipad when the one I have is good enough already, I do happen to fill up things rather quickly, I have all my music on my computer but I have plenty of space but with an ipad the space is limited. Yet I do not want to get one at least not yet as I have a budget and am only one fifth there.

There are now kiosks in some large malls that you can put your electronic device in and the machine scans it...Then it tells you how much it will pay for the device...You can accept or reject the offer, but it is an idea. Also, many companies have a trade in and buy back program. You should always wipe your device clean of any personal data before selling it. Or you could give it to me...I do not have one and cannot afford to buy one...

We do not have those scanning devices here and I do not want to go on KIjiji or whatever they call it because they want your address and I live alone. Now it will not be for a while and I have had offers. I cannot buy a new one year and it will take at least one and a half years at the way I am going and do not know what will happen until there. I still have my older iphone 3s and I know someone who is upset because the cell provider he is with does not reach the town where some of his relatives live. But few of them use the cell provider, they prefer MTS or Telus. But I am sort of against ones with animal mascots.

Most APPLE shops allow you to trade in, although you won't get much for it. You could ask around 2nd hand electronics shops too. They might give you a better offer. I am still using the 1st Gen Ipad. What will I do with it? Remind myself to be contented and use it, and not want to chase after the newer ones. I know you have your reasons for upgrade. I am not chiding or berating you. Cheers!

It will not be for some time. It is just well I am rather upset that I bought the Ipad 3 which did not have the lite format for data and now it is less then a year and they have this new 128 g on coming up. It will at least a year and a half before I have enough to buy one and do not like to throw the one I have away.

It sounds to me as if you have thought this through rather well. I like your solution for you, since you do carry all of your music with you on it. You could dedicate one or the other strictly for your music, and use the other for other things, even.

That sounds like the best idea since I did bring the music for the Church Womens Society Christmas party on the ipad.
