For years now, I have been looking for a way to make money from home. I have many reasons fr wanting to do this. The biggest one is that I am blind in one eye and can't drive. The closest bus stop is an hour walk away from my home. I have a teenage, and I just can't seem to make ends meet anymore. I have tried many thing over the years. I have been ripped off more times than, I care to say. Does anyone know, of a real way t make a living from home?

As you can use the computer in your home, I think you can try to open a online shop to sell something. Here many young people use the way to start their business. Some sell the soap made by themselves, some sell local produces to other parts of the country. So I think you may find something special in your place to sell or make something by yourself and sell them to make money.
The working time is depended on yourself and you never have to spend too much time away from home.

I'm still looking for the one site or that one job that will generate an income for my family. In the meantime, I do small things on the side just to put gas in the tank or what not. I started a new blog recently and am adding sites to it almost daily. I know of a few different sites and have posted at least 3 already. They won't make you rich but it'll help a little. I haven't been on mylot in a long time so I don't know the rules for posting blog links. I'll place it in my profile if you're interested. All of the sites are legit and I have made a pretty fair amount of money on 2 of the 3 that I have up there so far. I hope it helps.
God bless,
Jen

a pleasant day to you,
with regard to your post, well, being at this site is already a big help. of course, if you will have more then it would be a great one. what i am doing right now is to cater all of the no-scam gigs that i know. in this way, i can somehow get an earnings though it is not big but it is better than nothing. what is important here is that, i have gigs where i can earn and it is not a bogus one.

Why not start an online store or any kind of business in line with your interest? It really depend also on your skills, what kind of skills you got there, or is it the online jobs that you like in particular? I know some who teach English online, and they earn well. Assess yourself, what is it that you do best, and from there I'm sure you can think of ways to earn extra money. Good luck to you! God bless!

not just stay at home mom needs to work. Even single working person needs to work. There are variety of reasons, for working person, additional budget the salary is too low. Single working person, for additional expenditure for necessities and non necessities ones. For trip, for self treat.
for mom, extension of budget, kids getting older and budget getting tighter. needs are a lot.
So many, reasons.
your discussion, may I suggest of a little more saving on some expenses, cutting down some expenses. Not just coming from you but for your everyone in the household.
Work is scarce and difficult nowadays, I think this is universal illness of the globe now.

I agree with you work scarce these days. Just about everyone is looking for a way to make money, it is very sad. It's hard to cut down on expenses when you don't do anything extra.

Hi Mavic! Is this a lecture on cutting back? I can't cut back on anything else. You know I hardly spend money on anything at all. I haven't eaten lobster in over a year. My cats are wearing last year's sweaters. The neighbor's cat is laughing at them.
lady, it is hard to cut back on more than what you're already going without. I mean, how do you cut back on stuff like toilet paper? And pizza? The only thing I can afford to use a lot these days is my sense of humor and even that's not what it use to be.

well that's the problem with your Miss Deazil. (Good morning by the way) You delivered a lot of cats you never thought of their future when you wanted them all. I can imagine your neighbor's cat. LOL. Wearing a fur coat made of dalmatian's skin. (Cruela) You can not do anything about that but tell and convince your cats that even if they have old worn out sweaters... they are loved and cared for. and then share them the tuna sandwich (so missing that sandwich)
Seriously, Lady, I know that it is hard to cut down expenses when you have cut it down to its minimum. but.. we all do tighten our belts sometimes.
Just try your luck to find jobs you will find one. Miss Deazil, can you give her the site that Nit gave you? It might help her

You might try http://www.ratracerebellion.com for work at home ideas. There is also elance.com for freelance projects. I did a few freelance projects on Elance for extra cash. There are a lot of very low bids on Elance you will be competing with, so the pay can be really low to start.

HI, lady. You should have a look at this site http://www.wahm.com/ (not a referral link) It's for work at home moms. They have work at home job listings and a forum where you can meet other moms just like yourself.

The WAHM site is a good one and I used it many years ago and I didn't even know they were still around. That is where I found myLot and have been here ever since. You can also ask questions too and get direct answers on any sites you may wonder about. It's a big site so make sure you check it all out from top to bottom....but always, ALWAYS, do your own research too.
Good choice cupkitties!

I haven't found one yet. I'm a stay at home mom. We can't not afford child care even if I got a job as well so we just have to suffer like many people do. This is what I do to try to help out by making what I can online.
By the way I love your avatar. I'm a big fan of Inyuasha.

I do surveys. It's really hard but if you like I could give you some tips in a PM how to qualify and get some surveys. I manage to qualify for 3-6 a day. I could also tell you what sites are good. NOT looking for a referral. When I first started doing them I didn't have anybody to help me so it was trial and error. If I can save somebody else the time and trouble I would. I only do the ones that pay cash. I wish I could find a better way to make some money. What I do make pays for my internet & phone. Don't get excited - they're cheap. It's time consuming but I don't have a life anyway. LOL Good luck and I hope you get something soon.

I do surveys as well, have never made that much with them. That is a lot, usually, i don't end up qualifying and go through, all that stuff for nothing. I didn't know, there was a trick to it.
