Who doesn't? Sweet and sour soup, peking duck, their cold cuts and oh those noodles!!!
I wonder why their food tastes so good and people from different races seem to appreciate them. I think, their oriental and exotic ingredients, and creativity blended with their culture and traditions that's so rich make those wonderful dishes possible.

Chinese food has a lot of varieties depending upon what part of China the dish comes from. Some Chinese dishes in the US though are not real Chinese. Do you mean Hot and Sour Soup? Also I have not encountered Chinese cold cuts.

Here in my country, Chinese influences are so strong just like in some other parts of Asia. If you happen to know century eggs(it's a black egg. I just forgot how they made them), and some slices of different meats with seaweeds in one plate, they are called cold cuts in one of our favorite Chinese restaurants here.

I also love Chinese foods. Chinese foods are very popular in my country. There are many Chinese in my country, and there are many Chinese restaurants. All of the Chinese restaurants are competing to offer cheap foods' price. So, it is easy to find a cheap Chinese foods in my country.

Chinese people, most of them, don't only cook/make delightful oriental cuisines but how they sell it to the market. I've spent many months in the US, and Chinese restaurants/stalls are almost everywhere. They are not only good cooks but businessmen as well.

I am glad to hear that since I am a Chinese. Actually the food are quite different everywhere in China. Since China is a big country, so some places prefer to spicy flavor, and some places prefer to sweet taste etc. Even if we have quite a lot of different types of noodles. You will feel amazed if one day you visit and try the food here

Oh I know a lot of people that don't like Chinese food. I do though because its yummy and I like eating foods from different places.
Its boring to have only the typical foods of your own country all the time.
Only one complaint I have of Chinese food is that I get full really fast, because they serve a lot , but then I'll be leaving the restaurant and be having hunger pains again. That is the only kind of food that does that to me.

They have what they call "lauriat". It's like having a feast with their table full of variety of Chinese dishes. And yeah, they're quite heavy in the tummy.

I have a friend that doesn't like Chinese food at all so there are people out there that don't like it or eat it. Tho it is one of my favorite types of food. I love sweet and sour chicken chicken with the nuts. I like most the veggies they have in Chinese food. I don't like the soup however but pretty much everything else i do like. We have a few Chinese buffets here where i live and they are really good but very filling. Yes i also like their noodles and the fried rice. Mu hubby loves their noodles. Chinese food is delicious.
