Hey guys, i do not know why but i have always faced many issues whenever i have taken a heavy breakfast. Recently i got a terrible gastric problem when i took eggs and bread toast. Sometimes i hardly feel hungry during my lunch hours whenever i have taken a heavy breakfast. besides i have heard that we should have a good breakfast but it has always worked the opposite for me.
So i have started to keep my breakfast as light as possible as to avoid my gastric issues. The gastric starts exactly after i have taken my lunch which intensifies in such a way that it pains like anything by the time it gets late night.
What are your thoughts on this? What could be the real thing behind this? How do you take your breakfast? Please do give your valuable thoughts!

You really need to have a heavy breakfast to give you enough energy to start your day right. But during lunch, maybe you should try taking food that is not that as heavy as what you have taken for breakfast. Maybe a fruit or salad would be a good choice.

I think you should then consider having a light breakfast instead. Then eat some biscuits after a couple of hours. Maybe your stomach just couldn't handle that much food in the morning. Just make sure though, that you'd be having at least a hot cup of milk or coffee.

Yes u are absolutely right, may be i should go for a light breakfast as my stomach is not able to sustain a heavy food in the morning. That is the reason why i have reduced taking heavy food in the morning to avoid any such woes in the coming hours. Besides i make it a point to munch on anything whenever i feel hungry otherwise i will get stomach aches as well. Ha ha ha.

Well,i had troubles with stomach.I was suffering from stomach ulcers for over 4 years, after which due to my constant control on things, it went away.Plus, i was careful to avoid friend items as much as possible.I do have acidity issues at times and was common for me a few years ago.I started having less fried food and also more semi liquid food. Also i started controlling my urge for things. It took time but it helped. But then i also like you had few times of issues with stomach especially with heavy dinner or lunch or even breakfast.I remember few times of vomiting and diarrhea .Even now, before i start my long journeys, i would be light on food.I would rather leave half stomach than have issues with full stomach. With daily journeys, i do have my food atleast an hour earlier before i start. And i do not try experimental foods unless its in weekend. So far so good with these measures. Its tough when you down due to an upset stomach. And the medicines take their time to act as well.Well, hope things went fine for you. Thanks!

I think your acidic, consult your doctor, light breakfast is good. Always remember health is wealth and try to drink more hot water instead of cold.

gastric problems are not uncommon and we can prevent them from occurring by following some simple rules daily
1) drink plenty of water( 6 ltrs per day ) ..especially mornings
2) consume food in a timely manner and avoid spicy food
3) take 1 ltr of water mixed with lime and honey early in the morning and within days you will see the difference

Yes u are absolutely right, such issues can be very well avoided if we guide ourselves through certain rules and regulations just like u have mentioned. besides water plays a very vital role not only for our stomach but also for our body so it should be taken plentily such that it removes all toxic elements from our body.
