How can you manage things that you haven't the right to control or dictate to for the 1st place. What you just have to do is comply and provide the things needed accurately ang on time. You haven't the right to say you cannot comply. Its really hard to be in a position wherr you have a lot of work with deadlines and you must provide. No explanations etc, you should finish your work on time because if you cannot commit you wil wake up one day that you do not have work already. You boss fired you :(

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i know deadlines are very tough to bear especially when there r so many tasks to complete on your head. But we should never think about these deadlines otherwise they would come hard on us and would discourage us from completing it. So lets work harder and make it a point to complete it within time so that we do not give others chance to raise their fingers on us.
