I do not see why not.. Women, unlike us men, do not pay so much attraction to physical beauty. Rather, they look beyond that. So, as long as you have a good and strong character, you should be able to hook up any sensible girl out there :)

Some women might like the pigtails, ya never know. You could get some gold teeth to fill in those gaps in your smile. They can be very stylish.l
Your best best would be to make sure the really hot girl you want is legally blind, so she can't notice your unique features. It's worth a try, right?
