In fact there are 62 different usages given in that link, some as an adjective, some as a noun, some as an adverb and six verbs as well as the idioms involving 'right'!
Not only that, but there are the homophones 'write' and 'wright' (the latter means a person who makes something as in a 'shipwright' or a 'wheelwright')

Hello Tushavi!
I see the word "right" a few ways.
1: Turn "right", don't turn left.
2: You have no "right" to eat my chocolate cake haha ( I feel like chocolate cake )
3: You are "right" to tell him to go away.
That's all I can think of but there are a few ways to use the word "right" in a sentence. There are many words that either spell the same or spelt differently yet sound the same and can be used in different terms.
Happy MyLotting.

It can also be a direction. Go to the right not to the left.

It is not just the 'right' has more than one meanings. The 'left' is also the same. It may seem that in English, nothing is that simple and clear, but it is not that difficult to master once you get the hold of it. Read more and listen more, in no time your English will surely improve.

Hi. Have a nice day. Remember that there are a lot of English words which have multiple meanings or usages. I guess you are having a difficulty understanding some words. You have to consult your dictionary at all times. You won't be confused if you have your guide. Maybe, you can also use a translator and a thesaurus if you are enriching your vocabulary. Goodluck. I hope you'll learn more words and apply them here. Keep on learning. :)

As some of the other responses has said, it has a lot of meanings. According to the dictionary it can mean: in accordance with what is good and proper,a just claim or title,in a straight line,to put or restore to an upright or proper position, equitable. fair and honest and more.A lot of words in English have more than one meaning, it is how the words are used.

some of the words are having same spelling but different in meaning. and that is called homonym or homonyms. you can identify the meaning based on its usage of the sentence. this right word could be either identified as correct or or your privilege or even your right hand.. good day to you...
