Shopping online...

I think especially if it comes to online shopping people want it fast. That is why you don't leave your house and visit shop after shop. 1.5 week is long indeed. In my country more and more shops are disappearing but the online shopping is (still) increasing. Over here the delivery is a problem, unless the online shop has it's own delivery agency. They do the best business of all. I don't buy that much online, only if it's from abroad and cheaper. I still like to visit a shop once in a while to see the products (if I need something I also visit the sites of a shop to compare the prices plus read all the flyers the shops deliver weekly).

One and a half weeks isn't that long to wait for a product to be shipped. My daughter waited over 35 days for her cellphone casing to arrive from Hong Kong. The casing was very cheap $3.17 and no shipping charges. I guess that is why it took so long to reach her. I don't think I will shop at that online store anymore. I think I will stick to ebay if I want to buy anything online. At least, if there's any dispute, ebay will handle it.

I also do buy some materials online... But that is only after I checked some stores and compare the prices. If buying online is cheaper, then I go with it. Or if I do not find the item physically in the stores, then I buy them online. Because there are some items which online shops sells them at a higher cost, but that is because I still need to pay for the shipping fees. Here in the Philippines, most online stores selling cheaper price is in Manila City. There is no much online stores here in Davao. If there is, it's already at a price near to retail prices at the malls. I in fact just bought Avent feeding bottle for my son which I received last Tuesday. And I am satisfied. Price is very much cheaper than mall prices even with shipping fees. And maybe because we are just within one country, delivery is fast.
