This is for those of you who just can't quite rap their belief around formal religion. I found it fasinating and sensible. The Handbook of the Navigator by Eric J.Pepin published in 2004. This was a fast read for me, but I kept going back again and again. For any who have trouble meditating it's a great help. I got mine through amazon.

Hi savypat, I wonder if I could get the book at the public library? I would like to read it but don't buy many books anymore, they are so expensive. As you know I can't get my head around religion and doubt if anyone could convince me now. Blessings.

This is more about patterns and science than religion. But then I'm not to sure of the defination of religion. Anyway if you get to read it, it may give you a new perspective. It's written for the layman so easy to understand. I'm not sure I agree, with Eric, but then even an enlightened individual has to have a point of view?

Sounds super interesting. I am ok with religion..it's the way people have organized it that bugs me. I need to check this book out.

I am not a fan of anything that robs people of freedom to think, many religions are fully into control and mostly for money reasons.
