What is your REALITY exactly?

This Brain that we have which gives us " MIND" must be evolved from Millions of years of (our time). I find it fascinating that we all think more or less the same type of "Thoughts" yet WE as humans all began as cells and other tiny particles from out in the furthest parts of space. Or so we THINK...:)
What are some of your THOUGHTS on what you read here?...

I am not to sure what you mean by "TRUSTING" it ...But We do know that it (brain) functions by electrical impulses that are caused by the same forces as the nature that control our other body functions. The strange thing is that very few people can control their thoughts and how they react to their thought patterns..
