Do you felt a constant fear?

I somehow feel that there is always some kind of fear in my mind of something unknown. I feel I am anxious most of the time. I listen to music many time in my daily routine but somehow it is not a long time cure. I feel that I fear of humans, I always think that my communication with the others is lacking somewhere from my part. Is there any way to remove these feelings, and to improve my way of thinking and this fear of humans? Have you ever felt such feeling?

hi, i still never had that kind of fear,i think the other way to fight that fear is try to be friendly as many as you can, trying to join in a group of people,or be in the area where many people have and will surely had conversation with you,the more you always be alone the more increase your fear.

Hi Asliah, Thanks for the kind words. It has been a long time, since you posted this, and a lot has happened since then, in lives of both of us. I have turned to be less fearful now, how about you?

If there isn't something odd going on in my life I quite often wonder what is going on. As if I feel qualms when there isn't anything going on. The only way to remove these feelings of unease is to think of somethng else, change your routine in the way you think. Saying positive phrases to over ride your feeling of something unknown. If things rarely or never happen then tell yourself this. ANd there is nothing you can do about nothing except remove it from your thought pattern.

See I am just the opposite. I like a routine and very seldom like it to change. Ofcourse I was different when I was young. Liked things to change occasionally. But now that I have gotten old.

Hi, I think with time, I may also become a person of same routine. I am not able to change my routines much, because there are some routines which are necessary for me, like doing exercises, but as it makes me feel good after I do it, so I have to do it regularly.

I like to change my routines, because somehow I am not able to face the monotony in anything. I always change my routines, even I also keep changing the direction of my bed in my bed room. That is the main problem with me that I can not keep on one track. I take a number of tracks at one time.

yes, i have had those kinds of feelings. it became server enough that i had to take medication for it just to be able to leave my house. i panic attacks and dissociative identity disorder. people, places, and circumstance trigger me into panic attack and then i dissociate into one of my other alters just to cope with the situation if it doesn't stop. consequently, i miss time and every thing else is haywire from there. yours may not be as server. however, i do pick up that it is becoming a problem for you that you may want to seek help with. we should be able to conduct normal human interacts outside of our home without panic and fear of ourselves or others.

It is something like this: I don't trust anyone enough but I don't want to test them anymore because I think I am tired of doing this, and ending up getting hurt. I sometimes feel that I am feeling less, I don't love anyone much either. When I see the other people they act so much emotional in their acts, but I don't act like them. I feel that somewhere there is something wrong with me. I don't know what exactly it is, that I feel not good about. I people always care about them only, and so do I, but still I want to know whether it is only me, who feel this way or others also feel the same. Is there not any way to get away from all the fears and bad feelings? I don't think that I need any medication, I have not eaten even a headache pill, because I never had a head ache. Thanks for sharing.

The fear of unknown is very human like and nothing for you to worry about. The fear of human is quite normal for some people since we known human did very inhumane acts on animals and another human being in the past, the fear of human is just a reflection of the awareness inside your mind on reality, there is no reason for you trying to remove those feeling inside you. Unless you begin to feel the dread of your shadow and your own self, then i will suggest you go get some helps immediately without delay, if not, there is really nothing for you to rush into conclusion you are suffering from any mental disease from those phobia as mentioned by you....

Yeah I have a phobia which don't have any cure, but yes it can be reduced by practicing some techniques. All the people have phobia but some people have it larger extent and some have it to smaller extent. The only thing that one can do is to reduce it, but it is not possible to eliminate it 100% from anyone. I practice some techniques that are specified by various people. I keep my self up to date with the current trends to help people like me. Thanks for the careful lines.

You should be confident...then fear feeling will be gone. Dont worry too much, just be yourself and act as who you are.

I am confident that there is a kind of phobia in me, and for sure the phobias attack self confidence and the self esteem too. It is most difficult job in the world to understand your own self and then to control the unwanted things in yourself. I think there is no other solution but to just confront it directly. Thanks for advise, have a nice day.

I can understand what you are experiencing as I am having quite the same issue. We have this feeling of anxiety that comes automatically in our daily lives including being in a crowd. The more unfamiliar people around us, the more we felt threaten, discomfort, and nervous. We would think that others don't really enjoy talking with us and we constantly think that we said the wrong things. I have not cure my own condition yet. But it would be best for you to meet someone professional such as psychologist and also try to get a supplement called magnesium citrate. It helps calm your body and other functions. Try that my friend.

That sounds similar to what I feel. I think is a kind of anxiety, which is a result of a fear which I felt at some place(Phobia). I have this constant anxiety in my mind that I have to face that phobia again and I will fail again. I think that is the base of the anxiety in my mind. I have started to work on my phobia, it is not physical it is mental, so I think I have to change my perspective about the unwanted fear which gets triggered in my mind. Thanks for sharing.

i have no such fears in mind. i do have fears occasionally but i have never really had some fears that stuck in me. i a have phobias but i know that is different from what you were saying. maybe you should try to see and feel what these fears are. if they are there i am sure they are significant and you should not take it lightly.

I have some kind of phobia, which I discovered recently, but it was there since a long long time, which I ignored earlier. Now I have decided to confront it directly. I read it many places that the phobias results in the loss of the self esteem, so I am sure that it has attacked my self confidence some where. I trust very less people in this world. I can almost trust no one easily, and that is why I call it the fear of human. I want to free of this phobia as soon as possible, because I feel that this is going to help me. Thanks for the lines of advise.
